If you fill out the contact form on this site, we receive your name, practice name, specialty, email, phone (if provided), website (if provided), and the content of your message. If you visit any page, standard server logs record your IP address, browser user agent, and the pages you viewed.
Form submissions are used to reply to your inquiry and evaluate whether we’re a fit to work together. Server logs are used for site performance monitoring and abuse prevention.
We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third-party marketers. We do not add form submitters to any marketing list without explicit opt-in.
This site uses Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com) for typography, which may log your IP with Google. We do not use tracking pixels, retargeting cookies, or analytics that identify individual users.
